They are flavorful and give my body a break from the everyday meat protein.
I will have to incorporate some of these scrumptious meals in my everyday .
Stephanie made "Falafel Balls" for my "Birthday Dinner".That was soooo soooo good.
Chocolate Spelt Cupcakes for the big birthday celebration.
We then had "Veggie Burgers" with zucchini oven fries & goat cheese jalapeno poppers.
Spanish "Quinoa Balls".

I loved it all .
I will post her recipes as soon as she gives them to me.
We are all foodies around here so we had great moments around wonderful food.
I know this is not much fun getting the story and not the recipe.
I promise I will post them with in a few days .
