I make everything homemade and blood type O friendly.
Every now and them I get creative with a old stand by. This past Friday night it was to be the Pizza .
I thought to myself if I were in a pizza place and the sky was the limit on what I could eat what would I order ?
After all there are millions of ways to make a pizza.
So I got to thinking on a white sauce recipe that I could configure to be acceptable for a blood type O.
I did my usual saute`onions in one pan with some olive oil and in another my NO MSG or artificial preservative chicken sausage from sprouts.
For the bechamel sauce:
2 Tb real butter
2 Lg garlic cloves minced
1 heaping Tb of white spelt flour
1 cup of almond milk
sea salt
melt butter
saute minced garlic for 2 minutes
add flour and whisk cook until bubbly for a few minutes
add almond milk slowly whisking until smooth
cook a few minutes
add sea salt
set aside
make your pizza dough
place on pizza stone
add bechamel sauce on top of pizza
put onions
sausage
NO sulfur dioxide sun dried tomatoes
mozzarella cheese
chopped cilantro
bake until browning and bubbly
top again w cilantro
no fail go to made many times with my twist on it
I got it from COOK.COM submitted by Terry HNo yeast pizza dough
2 1/2 cups of flour -(I use white spelt flour)
2 3/4 tsp baking powder (I use no aluminum )
1 tsp salt - (I use sea salt)
1 Tb oil - (I use light olive oil)
3/4 to 1 cup water (I use 7/8 right in between)
I mix together knead a few minutes then for a preferred thin crust I cut in half and roll out with a rolling pin to make 2 Pizzas
this really works????
