This blog is about the success I have had in losing 85 pounds in the year 2010.
I have mantained this for over a year just by eating for my blood type.
Removing foods like wheat and corn because they interfere with insulin efficiency and slow a blood type O's metabolic rate.
In a perfect world I could live without everything . I do on a very rare occasion have some foods but (very little)that I shouldn't but NEVER wheat or corn.

I write about how I did the every day and the emotions that go with it.
I am in the process of writing a cookbook that has all of my recipes I have created to help on this journey.

My purpose in this blog is to encourage and equip people who are struggling with weight loss and eating healthy.

Eating healthy is the only way out.
I ate my way in this, so I ate my way out.

I FINALLY BROKE THROUGH THE 1 POUND WALL

FINALLY...I WEIGHED IN @ 153 POUNDS BREAKING THROUGH THE 1 POUND WALL !
I have been at the same spot for over a month now which was 156 pounds...since my last post I have started to jog on the treadmill which is something I dislike greatly...not sure exactly why but I knew I needed to change my workout routine and kick some butt again ...so I took out the elliptical and do 45 minutes on the tread with 20 minutes of it  jogging...it was very hard at first but I was determined to conquer what I hate (jogging)...I worked my way up to 20 minutes ...started with 3 then 5 then 7 etc etc...I feel good when I am done knowing I am conquering a hate of mine...my goal with the jogging is to increase it as my strength will let me...eventually getting a full hour on the treadmill...stay encouraged through the eating jamboree we all seem to have @ the Holiday's... 
So with Christmas and all that upon us like you I have been busy with all that it brings...I will try to do better at this but when the holidays are over with I will go back to normal...blogging every few days.
this is the first year ever I am not tempted to just say eat whatever I want...I haven't eaten anything I shouldn't and I have not caved in to all of the sugar filled things...I have worked too hard to get where I'm at...REMEMBER NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS SKINNY FEELS....Happy Eating.................   1. Awesome Blog! Thank you for sharing your journey of what has worked for you and your hubby. I am a Raw Vegan and have been for two years. I have lost some weight but not what I think I should have been losing by now. I am healthy and feel good but I am just not seeing the results I would like (even with proper diet and exercise). I am thinking about giving this way of eating a try. I am blood type "O" negative. Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated. I will keep reading your blog and commenting from time to time (still thinking of trying this). Thank you again. Blessings to you.

  2. I am an O and eating according to blood type has given me all the puzzle pieces. Finally, things make sense. The gas and bloating is gone and only returns with eating an avoid food. The 15 lbs I had been carrying easily came off. I can't wait to make your recipes. Do you have more you will share? Congratulations on your success. You look absolutely healthy and beautiful.
