Welcome
This blog is about the success I have had in losing 85 pounds in the year 2010.
I have mantained this for over a year just by eating for my blood type.
Removing foods like wheat and corn because they interfere with insulin efficiency and slow a blood type O's metabolic rate.
In a perfect world I could live without everything . I do on a very rare occasion have some foods but (very little)that I shouldn't but NEVER wheat or corn.

I write about how I did the every day and the emotions that go with it.
I am in the process of writing a cookbook that has all of my recipes I have created to help on this journey.

My purpose in this blog is to encourage and equip people who are struggling with weight loss and eating healthy.

Eating healthy is the only way out.
I ate my way in this, so I ate my way out.

Finally I Lost That Last Pound

FINALLY !!!
I lost that last pound .I had 1 more to go to hit my original goal of  weighing 150 pounds.
For several months I have maintained 151 pounds.

I knew my body was in a good place. I have been getting better and better at my jogging and continually eating for my blood type O .

Today I felt different and thought I needed to weigh myself as maybe Ive lost that darn pound...
I did to my amazement and did a happy dance ...Finally I have reached the BIG goal .
I was pushing 240 and when I was there I thought it was impossible and I would never get thin...too hard to reach and why bother .

But I'm glad I started and I'm glad I set out on the journey to get well and lose that stupid weight .

It didn't happen over night but it happened ONE BITE @ A TIME
I ate my way OUT OF IT  ...one bite @ a time....just like one bite @ a time I ate my way INTO IT

I ate good food and did good things to my body such as begin moving it and walk and start a exercise program that worked in my baby steps of getting well.
Mission accomplished

It is well with my soul
