This blog is about the success I have had in losing 85 pounds in the year 2010.
I have mantained this for over a year just by eating for my blood type.
Removing foods like wheat and corn because they interfere with insulin efficiency and slow a blood type O's metabolic rate.
In a perfect world I could live without everything . I do on a very rare occasion have some foods but (very little)that I shouldn't but NEVER wheat or corn.

I write about how I did the every day and the emotions that go with it.
I am in the process of writing a cookbook that has all of my recipes I have created to help on this journey.

My purpose in this blog is to encourage and equip people who are struggling with weight loss and eating healthy.

Eating healthy is the only way out.
I ate my way in this, so I ate my way out.

Hows What Your Doing Working For You ?

There isn't a day that goes buy that I find myself in a conversation about how I lost my weight ...when I tell them what I did most people start to squirm a bit ...WHAT NO WHEAT ??? I wonder why is that ? Seems as though the interest is sparked when I say I have lost 83 pounds in 1 yr ...eat good exercise and drink green tea and I am a walking testimony of the results ...I am confident , positive and very encouraging because I lived it...being very over weight I have earned the right to say certain things that only heavy people feel and experience...everything about being heavy is bad from health issues to low self esteem to even how people treat you... you have to resolve that what you are doing to keep you at where you are in your weight is " not working " ...America wants a pill a shot a drink and even a operation to get rid of our fat...so people are interested because I was successful....it will take time and great effort to fix...I pass out cards to my blog all the time I am asked whats the secret ...its no secret but it is a lifestyle of eating for optimum health. If you your thinking this is too hard to eat for your blood type then I ask if you found out something is making your body sick would you still eat it ?or if you knew you could feel good and be healthy and all it took was eating good food that helps your body function at its best potential would you eat that way then ?...I have always said "I ate my way out of this" ...and I mean that ...I ate food that is the correct fuel for my blood type...if your have weight to lose and you never seem to get the groove in anything long enough to see positive results why wouldn't you consider eating for your blood type even just for 3 weeks...I guarantee unless you have issues that you are working with a doctor to resolve you should be feeling good ...21 days of it is not long...what do you have to lose except the weight you want to get rid of so badly...its all about putting the right fuel for the right engine...so many people get in a conversation with me and quite frankly they want the results that I got but they frown at the process...so I ask you ... HOW'S WHAT YOUR DOING WORKING FOR YOU?

* As always see your doctor and get the OK to start
* If your very heavy just start moving ...walking is great it costs nothing and will build up
   your endurance
* Be patient with yourself...this is a journey ...and there is no magic pill
* This is NOT a diet it is a way of life you don't have to be over weight to do this...
   people do this for optimum health and if you happen to be overweight then the weight goes away
   because you are putting the correct fuel in the correct car

  1. You have mentioned on FB that you do crockpot cooking. I was wondering if you could maybe post some of your crockpot recipes? I am in school right now 4 nights a week and need to rely on my crockpot at least 2 of them. For Christmas, my husband's dad got us a quarter of a cow, so we have lots of beef. heehee. Also, the only fruits that I found to be okay were prunes and plums, are there any more that you find beneficial? Thank you! And by the way, I think that you should create a link selling t-shirts that say either "juss sayin" or "Coach Sandra is juss sayin", "Happy eating", or "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels"...to name a few. ;)
